$American Virtual(AVCT.US)$ no r/s think about it ppl . no sec filing , no announcement from the company directly, not meeting to discuss it. News article says th we y intend. If they intended why would they wait to announce it and file it on their filing a few days ago and this is supposed to happen on monday?Monday?? The Sec has a rule of a 10 day notice to file a split!!
