$American Virtual (AVCT.US)$ buyouts take time. rs to avoid going otc before buyout. only 5% or more change of owner was filed but I'm following my gut on this and thinking it's big news well over the min disclosure amount.

easygoing Lyon OP polite Ferret_6258 : they were offered 9 a share back before delution and were setting about where they will be now after the rs. it was worht 9 then at I think 2.7 and thy said no. I think we will see 3x gains or so if we hold and even buy the dip after rs. more people will jump in at low but now there's 15x less shares to around and still super cheap. wecould see a micro float hold and with good news tomorrow or Monday even a jump to test some levels like 5 or higher IMO all just a guess based on recent movement during this week. (.42 high x15 may get tested again)
