evilpoptarttt OP : I was able to make orders after that 4 question quiz... and have made buy and sell orders from what I think it will be in 15 minutes from what I see.

UR2EZ 70994103 : my orders get filled just fine you have to understand OTC before you can play it, if there's a delay you have to guess the price and tick up until it fills. don't be mad just cuz you don't understand it
