$Keppel DC Reit (AJBU.SG)$ as long as Fed keeps raising rates this will be under pressure. Sad but when the price falls the yields increase, assuming dividend payouts remain the same.

tankeng : they don't hv much choice, if they drop dividends it will just cause the price to drop until it stabilize to a range of 6%
