Who is letting this bleeding continue - a few factors. War, pandemic still recovering stage, mental illness starting to creep up among many companies, US vs China economic war, North Korea and Taiwan provocation, high inflation (we have not enter recession yet), Pacific Island Security issues, Monetary instability, OPEC.

Some of the above factors are spooking investors confidence on the market. It’s similar financial meltdown during 2007-2009. Those who have the power to hold, will win eventually.
