At this point I'd say it's best to stop looking at anything to do with AMC for at least a few weeks. Looking at the ticker isn't going to help and will only piss you off more. If you plan on continuing to hold AMC then ignore the stock market. Maybe check on AMC once a week. Trust me it'll help you to keep holding. Checking it regularly is going to make you more anxious and depressed. You can't do anything other than wait. Unless you want to sell for a loss
