Expendabiggles : FED does not pivot for another quarter. Inflation is STILL high and becomes an 80 year all time high so all these rate hikes are for nothing. Fed pivots 2023 and reversal causes historic drop. Banks go under and get yet ANOTHER bail out, citizens rebel, refusing to bail out banks and take to the streets and mass riot across the country and set fire to Wallstreet, big brother calls out national guard like china, like an idiot, Nato goes to war with Russia and drags US into it. US breaks out into full blown civil war. . .
101573075 Expendabiggles : It could be worst, they may start using nuclear weapon! And the trading world we know today will be history and mankind will be on the verge of extinction!
70982327 : You live through this and don't get rich!
Kathy kastine OP 70982327 : Will not end well.

dwir Expendabiggles : 100% agree with this scenario. This is a repeat of the 1920 market collapse. Banks keep targeting subprime loans so they can scalp the little guys. This creates money for the banks and Reserve but causes a massive climb in the debt "ceiling." Curious why we call it a ceiling if we keep raising it? Wouldn't the opposite be more accurate? Calling it a floor? We can dig down, easily, but supplies cost to much to build up.
Expendabiggles dwir : Ever notice how govt names things the exact opposite of what it really is. debt ceiling when its not, patriot act when its not, inflation reduction act when it makes more inflation.
