Will value investors make a comeback? Which stocks or ETFs do you think will ride the next tide?

Value stocks are publicly traded companies trading for relatively cheap valuations relative to their earnings and long-term growth potential. In time of economic downturn, I think value stocks will make a comeback. The question is which one will comeback faster and survive the current macro conditions - inflation, risk of recession, negative sentiment towards strong dollar, FED rate hike etc.
