Nippon Telegraph & Telephone Corp (currently NTT)

For younger people, it's natural to think of nippon telegraph & telephone corp as NTT, but there are also many people who still refer to it as the telecommunications public corporation. Leaving that aside, what I have been particularly feeling recently is the deterioration of NTT's services.
I truly feel that the on-site staff are doing a great job, but the administrative staff's inefficiency leads to a perceived decline in services.
When there is a malfunction or inquiry, it first goes to an automated response message (which may be the trend nowadays). This sometimes leads to a frustrating experience to the point where you just want to give up in frustration (How annoying!)
Originally supposed to be a public corporation in the field of communications, now profit seems to come first.
We have cut down on personnel and services, shifting our focus to profit-centered operations.
