Instability of the market

I have been in the markets for around ~ 4 years, not a greatest time as I witnessed the COVID printing and now the consequences of it with a bear market.
However, I have been noticing that the markets overall and big caps are getting more and more volatile. It's harder to find a trend in this market and even though I understand the indecision and overall progress of the market is going to zig-zag before setting a new trend, but this "zig-zagin" is getting out of the hand, we can see multiple big caps move several % up/down during a single trading day, without any significant news. Is this normal ? Or is it signaling that market is very fragile, especially among the retail sentiment.
I would like to hear your opinions and what to make of this market. $SPDR S&P 500 ETF(SPY.US)$ $S&P 500 Index(.SPX.US)$ $Invesco QQQ Trust(QQQ.US)$ $NVIDIA(NVDA.US)$ $Tesla(TSLA.US)$ $Apple(AAPL.US)$

  • IVORYRICHARDMILLE : I believe the market is only hyper sensitive now because we are in a particularly unique situation,  there are way too many indecisiveness in the market now, on where the overall economy will head into, and there are so many different parties pricing in different expectations of what they think is fair value and these expectations have been changing every single day for the past few weeks,  as such, you have big volumes on both buying and selling pressure every single day, hence the big % gap ups and gap downs etc.
