$Code Chain New Continent (CCNC.US)$ this will not let me buy the ask. Ive never seen anything like it. I tried 500 at 17.5 and it just shows pending then I bought 100 at .16 to see if it would fill it and it did? Because BS does anyone know why this would be. They're holding the price down on purpose.
