M1ck 102276907 OP : Say they do a 15:1 reverse split for every 15 shares a shareholder owns you get one share. It raises the price over $1. So say you have 3,000 shares you’d be left with 300 shares. This would make the stock price go above $1. It sucks for shareholders so hopefully it does not have a reverse stock split but it’s the only way to keep it from being delisted
