Nasdaq $NDAQ Q3 Earnings
I'm a bit behind here as $Nasdaq(NDAQ.US$ reported earnings early last week, but I was pleased with how resilient the tech behemoth remains.
Growing overall revenue by 6% YoY, the company saw EPS rise 15% thanks to a lower share count and steadily improving margins.
Famous for its namesake index and its role in taking most of the biggest companies public, Nasdaq has built a beautiful flywheel around its core listing operations.
The more companies it lists, the more trading revenue it generates, the more robust its indexes are, the stronger its analytics and investment data become, and so on.
