Elon Musk is doing Mass hiring in Quebec, Canada. There are rumors that he is building a Gigafactory there. If this rumor is confirmed to be true then this is bullish news. The rumors are not confirmed yet. There were rumors a couple days ago that Elon Musk was going to visit Mexico to talk about building a factory there but there was no mass hiring going on in this instance. Both rumors are not confirmed to be true yet.
