The difference between listed companies and unlisted companies.

A company that freely buys and sells the issued stock certificates on a securities exchange and a company that does not buy and sell the issued stock certificates are referred to as a listed company and an unlisted company, respectively.
The stock market has two roles.
In the stock market,
It is a market where listed companies issue new stocks through brokerage by securities firms (primary market).
It is a market for freely trading issued stocks (secondary market).
There are two.
