Happy Halloween 👻 🎃. What is my scariest investing ghost story & what is urs?

Story 1:
This is a real story... On the Friday, a certain guy received a package 📦 from the delivery person. That guy happily 😊 opened the package 📦 with anticipation. However, when reaching into the darkness inside the package, something feel weird & not right. Opened up & that guy's facial expression sudden changed 😱 . There is a detached leg 🦵inside ... & that guy scream in his heart ❤️ "Noooo~~~!!! "15k P....." invested for this ?"

< Spoiler: No worries, in the end everything is not as scary as it seems to be & a happy ending may be on the progress, I hoped so = This ~ Haha, nice try moomoo 🐮, Happy Halloween 🎃 > - Edited on 29/10/2022: Not really a happy ending for me but we reached a mutual agreement = case closed ...

Story 2:
This is another story... 🔦 One day early in the morning in the very past, I was surfing 🏄‍♂️ the net & come across an article. Suddenly, something seem to be controlling my brain 🧠 & my hands just moved on it's own... I try resisting it but in the end it had overpowered me & I heard the "clicked" sound 🔉& the green button 🔘 was pressed with a "ting" 🔔 sound... Everything seem calm at first after that, but after a few days... everything seem so blue 🌧... I tried to convinced myself that everything is going to be OK... I should be able to see the sunrise 🌅 once again. However, after months... 🌠+& everything's just went red... My 1st reaction is GG liao & = ... to be continue...

<Spoiler: This is actually a story about one of my investing journey... That's was the time when I saw an article online that XXX investing institution is going to partial buyout YYY company to 50%+ (Left about 12 hours+ to decide before market open if I wanna buy or not=pressured under time ⏲️ to make a quick decision). I did a rough scan through their restructuring plans & new projects to be implemented & it seem doable to me & I decided to invest in it. That is the period I never DYODD enough + letting my greed to take over me = never read their financial reports...(only read it after buying the shares... = FOMO). The stock crashed to new low & I thought it was GG liao... So, I decided to 💎 ✋️. After years, the share price of the company shoot all the way back up & even higher than the price that I'd purchased it at . So, u never know what will be happening next in the future . Some ppl may call it , but me=nope 🙅‍♂️, tsk tsk tsk🤞, it's call skills +.
