Let’s start with my first foray into investing in the stock market, shall we? It all started when I got really into the stock market before the tech bubble burst. After the huge market correction that took place, I noticed that Lucent Technologies was trading at around $8 per share. Obviously, it would eventually work its way back up to its former worth of around $60 – $80 per share, right? I was going to be rich!.
Sadly, Lucent Technologies never rebounded the way I hoped and I wound up selling my shares for a loss.
