Selling Puts
Is anyone able to sell cash secured puts on moomoo? I can’t seem to figure this out.

Will73 : I assume you have to contact customer service to sell cash secured puts for the first time.
Opening Bell 1975 OP : it's crazy because I contacted support twice and they both said that Moomoo doesn't support Cash Support Puts. I said that I've spoke with folks online and seen posted videos where folks are able to do it.
I'm not sure what's up. I have a Level3 options account and when I try updating it to Lvl4 I get denied every time.
