102367877 : The waterfall happens at 3-4pm I think so they can collect as many sheep, pigs, goats, and chickens in the day to bring to the slaughterhouse.
The reason they need the screenshot is to calculate when the right time is to begin the slaughter so they have enough buy orders to cover the units they want to sell.
