Tokyu and others successfully bid for Kawasaki City's “Todoroki Ryokuchi Reorganization and Maintenance Project”
The group with Tokyu as its representative company announced on 11/8 that it was selected as the successful bidder in the comprehensive evaluation general competitive bidding relating to the “Todoroki Ryokuchi Reorganization and Maintenance/Operation Project” publicly solicited by Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture.
It is said that the purpose of this project is to “realize a new future image that Todoroki Ryokuchi Ryokuchi should aim for,” as shown in the “Todoroki Ryokuchi Reorganization and Development Implementation Plan” formulated and revised by Kawasaki City.
It is assumed that the group has been working towards successful bidding for the same project, centering on companies that operate businesses rooted in the community, companies that have a track record of operating public infrastructure, and companies that have a track record of designing and constructing large-scale sports facilities, and it is planned to proceed with preparations to conclude a basic agreement with Kawasaki City in the future.
