Investing story: As long as you make 3-5%, you are already a winner.
1. When and why did you start investing?
I joined moomoo to start investing on June 17 last year. I always wanted to learn how to invest in stocks like my father. Because buying stocks are bought through brokers, and they cannot be bought and sold in the first place. The time gap affects the best time to buy and sell. Now we can trade through the moomoo app and also learn a lot of technical analysis here.
2. What kind of investor are you?
I'm an impulsive investor, and I didn't invest much during the year. Although I have learned a lot in the moomoo classroom, if there is no real deal, it is only on paper. Demo trading is a great trading feature.
3. Where did you learn about investing as a beginner?
I started looking for investment knowledge from moomoo school.
4. What will you research before investing?
Before investing, I will research the company's recent financial situation and its future direction. Whenever we buy a stock, it means that we are one of the shareholders, and it turns out that we are a part of the company, so we should pay more attention to the whereabouts and development of the company.
5. What are your key methods for investing?
My main investment approach is "Don't put all your eggs in one basket".
6. What are your trading routines?
My trading habit is to alternately buy and sell stocks and funds with designated funds, and it is possible to buy low and sell high. After all, there is not that much money to invest at the moment.
7. What is your best trade ever?
The best trade ever, I believe, was my high return in the stock last year. Although the trading volume is not high, it is the only stock with the best profit. I buy and sell through news sources. I sold it when 40. After my cost to be 15.
8. What lessons have you learned from investing?
I've learned how to stop my losses from investing. In fact, as long as you make 3-5%, you are already a winner.
Words for newcomers on moomoo
I personally think that you must take a good moomoo class before trading (although I didn't read it completely), you can practice through simulated trading. Don't buy stocks that are soaring, as attractive as they are. It is necessary to analyze the fundamentals of this company before relying on technical analysis. Remember to use the analysis function in moomoo.

Milk The Cow : Did that beer can cake really stand at 45 degree at mid air? No string attached or leaning against wall ?
MooMamaLlama : great way to start off! the one thing that particularly struck me,if I am reading correctly?, was demo trading being a great feature to scratch thay itch when there's no real deal to be had. Especially for an impulsive investor it's been the best way for me to track my own habits as well as the market, especially with some of the new updates on Moo. As you said there's been no real money to invest this year with rising cost of living and a bad market it's been real learning curve for me as I can imagine a lot of others. Moos features are thankfully there to help decipher some of the noise!! agreed, online platforms are definitely a huge upgrade to traditional trading in most ways
Jamesim Milk The Cow : Have hidden pipe inside the cake.
Jamesim MooMamaLlama : $Fullerton SGD Cash Fund (SG9999005961.MF)$ this is a great option.
Jamesim : Fund Hall of Fame
101604786 : Why is the dividend deducted 30% of the tax?
Milk The Cow Jamesim : ic .
Is the pipe made of chocolate candies ?
Jamesim Milk The Cow : Yes. Use transparent pipe and keep some . So customers will surprise when they cut the cake.
Jamesim 101604786 : Excuse me, are you referring to
