The Nasdaq China Golden Dragon Index rose 3%, and popular Chinese securities generally rose. Shell rose more than 16%, JD rose more than 7%, Xiaopeng Motor rose more than 6%, and Bilibili rose more than 5%;
Tesla fell 3.8%, large-scale cancellation of solar energy projects, and reduction of department personnel;
Coinbase fell more than 6% after FTX initiated a bankruptcy process.
