Buffett bought $4.1B TSM, will chip stocks be the next winners?
Will chips stocks be the next winner? I doubt so as there is a global's demand decreased = there may even be an oversupplied...
Buffett is a long-term investors &
$Taiwan Semiconductor (TSM.US)$ has a very healthy/strong financial health currently. However the China & Taiwan tension make investors to shy away from it
.
Personally, I think it may be too risky & not worth the risk.
Maybe Buffett think that it is a super undervalued company or maybe he wanna diversify his region portfolio or TSM is just the best quality chips makers so...
he think it's worth of the risk...
Which stocks do u currently hold or plan to trade? I think chip maker companies are worth to consider if it's super undervalued
but u may need to hold for quite a long-term as I think that they may not excel in 2022 till maybe mid of the year 2023, who knows
? Having that said, I think only big companies are the better choice as small companies may get wiped out
.
