Big changes to cannabis laws are getting closer and closer to reality. There's bipartisan support for rescheduling, banking reforms, access for cannabis related business to SBA funding, and even legalization. Not to mention overwhelming public support.

A new bill (that just floated through Congress and is on the way to Biden's desk)will allow researchers of the drug to cut away a lot of the red tape that's been preventing lawmakers from making the data-driven decisions they need to be making.

This thing will pop soon... likely when the SAFE Banking Act finds a clear path forward. That could be any day soon... it isn't likely to come back down from there, considering full legalization will be even more of an inevitability by that point.
