The company was a multinational information technology company headquartered in California. It developed and provided hardware components, software and related services to consumers. During H1 2022, Buffett purchased 121 million shares, a stake worth nearly $3 billion at today’s prices.

The company is a business and financial services company. It was founded in the 1900s to produce manuals of statistics related to stocks, bonds and bond ratings. It was included in the Fortune 500 list until 2021. Buffett owned about 25 million shares of this company, for a market value approaching $6 billion.
