Watch theta and only sell Put Options for stocks you don't mine owning

Theta is the time decay of your options contract, so you must always be mindful of it and buy/sell to close before expiration. Another advice is to only sell Put Options for stocks you don't mine owning in the event the stock hit your price target. Good luck fellow investors
