China ETF
China is increasing its investments in industries with high levels of innovation and technology at a rapid pace. Essentially, the performance of China's Twin Tech Stars, which are companies with high growth potential and vitality, is tracked by this new ETF. Its earnings growth rate is more stable. This ETF combines the characteristics of the Twin Stars markets, such as high and medium risk, soft innovation and hard technology, large and small cap, and so on.
So exactly what are STAR50 and ChiNext? To begin, all of these companies are listed on various stock exchanges, including ShenZhen (ChiNext) and Shanghai (STAR50). Each index represented by innovative businesses from a variety of industries. ChiNext is made up of Chinese-based IT companies (for example, semiconductor companies) and the STAR 50 in new technology sectors in China such as $Contemporary Amperex Technology (300750.SZ)$ , $Shenzhen Mindray Bio-Medical Electronics (300760.SZ)$ , $Sungrow Power Supply (300274.SZ)$, $Shenzhen Inovance Technology (300124.SZ)$ , $Eve Energy Co.,Ltd. (300014.SZ)$ , $Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation (688981.SH)$ , $Trina Solar Co., Ltd. (688599.SH)$ and so on…
This new ETF is better suited for investors who prefer to invest without incurring additional fees or taxes and are comfortable with equity funds' volatility and risks. We are unable to invest directly in either index. Rather, we can do so - IPO (combined two markets in China) by investing in index tracking ETFs.
As the Chinese market is volatile, fluctuation is higher than average ( subjected to greater uncertainty and performance fluctuations) and there is a risk of delisting because the index is comprised of companies in the fast-paced innovation industry.
I think this IPO might be risky, I would consider investing gradually and keeping a close eye on its long-term performance. It is recommended for opportunistic investors with a long-term perspective on China's innovation and technological development.
