$Meta Materials Inc. Class A Preferred Stock (MMTLP.US)$ I'm stating this for legal purposes to cover myself.
I do NOT consent to having my shares liquidated @ market value and the money automatically put into my account in exchange for my shares of MMTLP.  I will sell on my own in app or via agreement in which I dictate the sales price.
