jkak : singapore stock for long term? You mean US stock not for long term? You also need to know many SG stocks are never recovered to their level price after investing many many years. I invested in SG and US stock. US stock are still give me the best return in the long term. SG stocks is you are looking for passive income/dividend , they are not really neccsary for long term.
