I'm voting no to the reverse stock split heres why.

Adam has fd us all the way to down to 4 bucks back and under a dollar ape. BUT he has a shit ton of ape he wants to DILUTE with. but it's so cheap now it's not good enough for him. so he wants to do a reverse stock split so he can pull in the gravy. BUT WAIT. Let's say you are a loyal share holder and you've held thru all this bs 4000 shares. well you got 4000 ape share now too. but when you got them they were valued at 7 dollars I believe. that's 28k now that's roughly 4k. but now he wants to reverse the 4000 shares into 400. then he will DILUTE those 400 with his 400 million for now. but still has 4 billion on the back burner I believe. so from all the share holding having one to one ape to AMC and still majority voting. he will reduce our voting power to 1/10 on the ape side and then flood the market with still all his millions of fresh apes. reducing value and voting power. so thru ape hes just gun try and squeeze money and voting power from us. and sell his hedge fund buddies all those ape shares that he has in the company arsenal. that didn't get reversed 10 to 1. example: a little over 500 mill ape shares out there now that got distributed to holders. he had a little over 400 mill shares he can dilute from the first batch of 1 billion authorized by the board. he does a reverse stock split now the share holders only hold about 50 million shares combined but he still has 400 mill to dilute wit. so theoretically his HEDGIE boyfriends can buy the 400 mill and wed almost be 50 50 on voting power. or he can keep reverse stock split every 400 mill he pushes out into the markets until let's say the 4000 ape shares turn to 4. I think it would have been easier to just make a vid.
