Adam wants to dump more ape shares so he wants to do a reverse stock split so the price per share goes up and he can make more money per share that he has. but that will reduce our shares that we hold by 10× but he will still have all of his apes that the company is holding. if he wants to DILUTE at a better price he needs to figure out a way to raise the price so not only he gets a good number to sell at but also the share holder see their accounts go back up
