conversion split discussion
I am personally voting for the conversion, but I think I going to vote against the reverse split.
Reverse splits have never done any good.
I also think the conversion could cause APE to squeeze before hand.
If $AMC Preferred Equity Unit(APE.US$ is just $AMC Entertainment(AMC.US$ before conversion, then that means that #AMC is on sale right now for $1.27. Anything under the price of #AMC is a steal. It is eventually going to become an AMC share... It is just 75% cheaper give or take.

Hypnic : Reverse split keeps it from being a penny stock delisting. You still have the value as it increased x10. Voting for one and not the other is dumb, they counteract each other
Thoth Industries OP : It makes the price of the stock go up, but it takes away bullets for the squeeze.
