Looking back at the Central Economic Work Conference in the last 10 years, there are some new formulations or new concepts that will become policy priorities for some time to come.



For example, the “supply-side structural reforms” mentioned in 2015, the “three go, one reduction and one supplement”, “don't fry housing” in 2016, “carbon peaking”, “carbon neutrality”, and “preventing disorderly capital expansion” in 2020 will all become policy priorities for some time to come.



At this year's conference, it was mentioned “promoting a smooth transition of the real estate industry to a new development model.”
