SGX ETF - promotional fees

Currently, investors can buy minimum 1 share of Singapore-listed ETFs. But the current trading fee is not economical to just buy a few shares of ETF.  Hope Moomoo can encourage SGX ETF participation by offering promotional fees for ETFs. Example: maybe 0.5% or 1% fee for (some or all) SGX ETFs.
