It is not entirely clear what % of clients are currently mainland chinese. (Some reports say up to 40%, but this seems to be last year data). Overseas business and clients are not affected

The only thing they can do is effect price by droping pr’s and leaking story’s. I bet it is all set up so they can buy up tons of shares and ride it back to 60. I heard they were doing bad.
