Has TLT really stopped falling? Continue to look at multi-bonds
I've been watching a lot lately. Earlier, when TLT was around 105, I discovered that TLT was about to pull back. Based on the trend, it was estimated at the time that it would probably drop 5% and then rebound at around 100 because there was a jump gap and the dual title of MA60. Then Japan suddenly turned hawk. I was worried that Japan would drastically sell off US debt, so I bought TTT as downside protection. On the last few trading days of last year, when TLT pulled back to 100, I reduced most of my TTT holdings and began exchanging a small portion of TLT to TMF. On the first trading day of this year, TLT miraculously increased quite a bit. Did my previous post turn out to be God's prediction? As a small retail trader, I also felt a bit unbelievable. It's still a bit early to draw a conclusion, but 100 is currently the TLT support level, and it's not easy to fall below; at least I'm not worried that it will reach a new low.
Most people who play stock probably aren't interested in TLT. However, TLT is actually very fun, and the fluctuations are not small. If you triple the leverage, TMF is still very exciting.
Anyway, I've continued to watch TLT a lot this year. Currently, tlt is my biggest position. I also bought all of my pension bonds. Although pension bond funds don't fluctuate as much as TLT (the longer the term of a claim, the greater the fluctuation), I'm just not optimistic about this year's stock market. Other than putting out some fixed bets and playing for the ultra-long term, the stock market is mainly shorting, followed by bottoming out $Apple(AAPL.US$ , Tesla $Tesla(TSLA.US$ , the positions are all controlled relatively small.
