New Oriental Online plans to change the company name to Oriental Selection
New Oriental Online announced that the board of directors suggested changing the company name from "Koolearn Technology Holding Limited" to "East Buy Holding Limited".
The company believes that the new name can better reflect the development direction and future prospects of the company's existing business, enable the company to better establish relationships with current and future customers, and promote the long-term brand building of the group, so that the company can better create long-term value for shareholders.
