$Avid Bioservices(CDMO.US)$Revenue has continued to grow over the past 3 years, with an average growth rate of 31%. Operating profit only reversed losses of 12.24 million in 2021, reached 15.42 million in 2022, and net profit reached 130 million due to income tax rebates. Therefore, the price-earnings ratio of 890 million is a result of a distortion; in reality, it should be around 66 million.

Although revenue for the first half of 2023 is still growing, profits have almost returned to zero. Currently, the valuation does not seem to be low.
