Micro scalpings for ROI, Average Down and Stop Loss

Purdy Squatch OP AkLi : $Northwest Biotherapeutics (NWBO.US)$ and $Meta Materials (MMAT.US)$ are longer term holds for me. I like the upsides to both except NWBO is far riskier but has a possible unlimited upside. That and I have higher average cost than the market price. I scalp all positions starting at 3.5%, how often, how much at a time and if I buy back in below average price, is all determined by market, news and short interest. Both stocks are fairly close to the support so I felt like it was time to increase position and get in before the slow climb upwards.
