Xiaoxi_penguin : Moomoo has OTC function, it’s just that whether the stock is tradable in Moomoo will depend on the company (whether it is under certain regulators and permitted to be in OTC). Buying in OTC is restricted in most platforms but selling is permitted as long as the company is under the supported rules by Moomoo. Even if Moomoo doesn’t support, you could transfer the stock to OTC platform as well. Currently no platform is really able to answer that question because it really depends on the company being delisted. From the info I gathered so far from experienced traders, selling won’t be a problem, it’s just that buying will be a problem. And everyone is really aiming for the buyout in OTC so it won’t be about selling but shares to cash conversion after the buyout. If one is thinking about selling in OTC instead for the buyout, it’s actually easier to sell it before OTC to eliminate all risks.
