Reply after 19 days
After 19 days with our lazy customer services and supervisor, and I receive my verdict of my second merchandise.
I was contacted with Mr Eric with supervisor position and was understand that there is no solution to the damaged packaging and rationalise it as a common situation which is unavoidable, even they promise to reissue a new one to me previously.
That is a nice move to deplete silly customer points
