It keeps them from being forced into settlements. After 2 days of no shares available settlements are forced. Last time they came up with a 1000 shares from somewhere and stopped it from Squeezing. So this time they are doing 1,2, and 3 so settlements aren't enforced and they can naked short. They have paperwork filed but it has to be filed for more than 45 days before it can take affect. So that's what they are trying to hold it down. If not it would run to 200-300.00 and they couldn't do anything except watch.

I mean this is a fucking joke. And if they get in trouble it won't hurt them for 3-4 years before they can it to go thru the court.
