$American Virtual (AVCTQ.US)$  is this a bad thing?

Xiaoxi_penguin : Everyone who held the shares till now is in for the buyout. We are waiting for the stalking horse bid -> auction -> buyout procedure as scheduled. ^-^

Appley Xiaoxi_penguin : If the buyout is successful will this stock goes back to Nasdaq listing ?

Xiaoxi_penguin Appley : If the buyout is successful, your shares will rise to the buyout price and turn into cash.  Don’t think it will be back to listing since the company buying it won’t be running the company but to integrate the tech into its own company.

Xiaoxi_penguin Appley : It’s a zero or moon situation. We don’t know what the buyout price will be and retailers are paid last so if buyout price low, we might not get any in return but if it’s high, we will get a nice amount of cash in return.

Xiaoxi_penguin NickSaSa : Opps, missed this comment XD Need to @ me next time so that I get a notification on it ^-^ Previously we can’t when it was initially placed in OTC PInk market but just a few days ago, AVCT opened the ‘buy’ option in nearly all platforms, so currently we can buy and sell even in Moomoo :)
