Was October the Bottom?

$Invesco QQQ Trust (QQQ.US)$ daily chart shows the market is the most overbought since November 2021 - the month the market topped out and the bear market started. On the other hand, the weekly chart is extremely bullish with a strong W shaped pattern. So what do you guys think? Is the bottom in? Or is this just another bear market rally that's going to fall hard?
