razo2 JohnCS : likely by the accounts I believe. is just like when you see under analysis where you can see the big boys own how much against the total equity in the market against SPX. the rest is assume to be dumb money.

razo2 JohnCS : example of Google institutions owned stocks. so they get all these data across the fortune 500 and the rest is considered dumb money. unfortunately this dumb money includes people that do stock swaps for whales.
