Extremely high options settlement fee

Hi there, I made around 49k in options on Friday, and just realised that I was hit with 9k in total of fees from all my active trading throughout the night.

That's pretty insane right? Almost 20% of my profits taken away in fees. I did a search and found out that Moomoo has no cap on settlement fees.

There was a recent hoo-ha over this and Tiger actually implemented a cap on settlement fees after it was reported in the Business Times.

Anyone else has similar experiences? Guess it's time to switch brokerage.
