If it's bullish when it goes up, and bearish when it goes down, then even kindergarten kids can trade stocks.
Currently, I still see a bear market rebound, but this round of rebound is not over yet. Although it fell today, it may challenge the high point again. I think QQQ could return to the 310-320 range, and I will reduce positions at that time.
I am not bullish on the Dow, but I will look for opportunities to buy high-quality value stocks at the right time.
TLT has been experiencing a bit of a pullback recently, but I think it's unlikely to fall below the previous low (around 100). If it returns to 100 again, I will add to my positions.
