Guys, before a rumour is formed, I have to explain that this filling is about selection of proposed stalking horse purchaser and filling of proposed stalking horse asset purchase agreement. It isnt a done deal, it has to go through the minimum stalking horse bid (bid deadline 3 march, baseline bid 6 march) and a live auction on 7 march to confirm about the last buyer.
