Remember community reverse split was created to kill your wealth or at least individual investors
The plan is set to take your money away and become independent so you listen my rules and regulations with all your coming generations .impp should be easy 10 and over , good company , good management, good profits , but they will try or force reverse split with warnings to be delisted if not reaching 1 dollar .

Who are 'They'?.. Market Makers, Hedge Fund, Some big banks, Whales, Naked Shorts who use Dark Pool to do their dirty works. Most Penny Stocks would be their target. And what is SEC doing about it? Nothing.
