$AMC Entertainment(AMC.US$ So anyone voting yes wanna explain to me how, a RS makes us squeeze and isn’t just how they are going to hide the naked shorting? We have all bought so many shares and synthetic fakes that we probably have billions collectively but since DRS don’t track like GME we have no idea… Its funny the shorted shares are only like 190million because clearly if they were sold and bought there was a transaction that took place, yet somehow they claim they can’t tell unless they manipulate our stock some more… Making ape didnt do anything but screw us…

it's just that simple.
takes 10 one dollar bills and turns it into a 10 dollar bill.
it just makes less shares available for hedgies to manipulate the price.
if APE is converted to AMC there will be over 1 billion shares out there.
so this will reduce that to 100 million.
less shares available is less manipulation of price.

Amc WILL go bankrupt if these measures aren't passed.
Burnz OP Domingo Friggin Ramirez : It still makes absolutely no sense to me why before retail started being cheap and buying ape when our Stock was shorted, it was worthless until AA started talking about this crap and then people flooded into buying it when the main investors have been the hedgefunds because AMC could keep making it and sway the vote to screw us. Everyone should have said no from the start and if they wanted to raise funds, we could have voted to approve them to sell enough AMC shares when we finally hit Moass and make them wait like they have done to us. This is just making people turn against each other and take sides, instead of sticking together and sticking with just the stock, and let ape expire worthless and burn the hedges more’
Burnz OP Domingo Friggin Ramirez : I understand that but AA should have lied and let us screw over the hedges and Antara instead of giving AMC the power to created shares of AMC class A without us after since combining the token into the stock carries over and give the company to bypass us to dilute more without us ever voting again!
